As a student at Salemi Ceramics, I ate at Palazzo Monroy four times over two weeks and it wasn't enough! I could have happily eaten there every night. The swordfish busiata was magnificent. And the pizzas were delicious and huge - great value for the money. Also definitely have a Salemi spritz with your meal. Our group of students collectively agreed that Monroy does the best Salemi spritz in town. Staff were always delightful - attentive, kind and charming during every single encounter. And the setting? The inner courtyard was an incredibly dreamy and romantic setting for our meals. Truly a gem in Sicily. You won't regret having dinner here!

Incredible experience at palazzo monroy. Personable and welcoming service, a wide variety of regional sicilian antipasti with an emphasis on quality and authenticity. The pizze were perfectly cooked. The gelato was a wonderful ending to the meal with a wide assortment. Complimenti !! Highly recommend visiting this restaurant more than once !

An absolute gem. A great Gelateria. Excellent in house made gelato in numerous flavors. Also a very nice cafe bar. A must refreshment stop when visiting Salemi/the castle.

Wonderful experience. Called late for a reservation and they seated us (2 adults). Staff was very friendly and efficient, while being very busy. We ordered pizza which came quickly. Tiramisu for dolce was very good. We ate early ~7:30. It got much busier after 8:00.

The place is just half year old. Very friendly owners, the enterior is 5star! I had pizza, it was quick, great quality at a very good price. I can only reccommend this place. And I found parking space right infront.

A fantastic find in the middle of Salemi, in the piazza next to the castle. Great gelati and coffee. Also amenities were spotless. The cakes looked spectacular but we were not tempted.
